Maryland, here we come!

Alot of consecutive days without a post, but that is going to change in one big hurry!
As I type this, we are gearing up for our first-ever 'Black Pig BBQ Canada' competition.  It will be a baptism by fire for Big Dog and Saucy Sue as this event (Pork in the Park, Salisbury, MD) is currently boasting a line-up of near, or over, 80 competition teams, including last year's Team of the Year, Cool Smoke.
Big Dog has the pick-up all outfitted with adapters and switches that will allow us to post all the way down (12 hrs) and back, plus on-site and at the hotel.  There should be plenty of posts from all 3 team members and maybe even some photos hot from the action if we can get them downloaded/uploaded.
Off to finish packing, but stay tuned throughout the weekend for brisket-to-brisket updates!
