Long Time, No Post, but.....

Hi All:
Has been a long time since I sat down at the computer with the expressed purpose of making a blog entry on the site here.  Thank goodness, Big Dog and Sue picked up the slack!
As Big Dog reported, we did a competition last weekend in Ottawa with some mixed results.  Think I have brisket down finally, which is a huge relief/discovery.  
We're in Paris, Ontario this coming weekend, at the fairgrounds, 139 Silver St in that lovely little town, if you happen to be in the neighbourhood, stop in, check out the teams, the cookers and the smells of some top quality bbq.
Not much time for posting right now, but don't worry, the passion for pork is still right there............
